NAACP CELEBRATES A DECADE OF HIGHLIGHTING AUTHORS AT THE 108TH ANNUAL NATIONAL CONFERENCE IN BALTIMORE, MARYLAND

Authors Will Meet Fans, Sign Books and Present Book Readings

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) invites authors to participate in the Authors Pavilion during the 108th Annual National Convention scheduled for July 22– 26, 2017 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, MD. The NAACP convention is one of the premier conferences of its kind nationwide. Each year, the Annual Convention of the Association establishes policies and programs of action for the ensuing year.

The NAACP Authors Pavilion will showcase some of the best and the brightest from the literary community. The authors will have the opportunity to meet fans, sign books, present book readings and/or participate in a panel within the Pavilion. Each participant will have an assigned autographing area with signage. In addition, their books will be displayed in the on-site book store for a four-day period.
